Element G

Introduction

In Element G a working prototype will be assembled. The assembly involves many steps like, materials list, construction, and final production. In Element G, there will be more professionals involved to learn more on how to make a sleep product. The pre-building stage will include prototyping, choosing materials, and possibly creating it virtually. Finally, the prototype will be fully constructed and the same steps will be repeated for each prototype design.

Final Design

Conclusion

In Element G, the process of every prototype was documented. Every prototype had to be an improvement to lead up to the final design. The materials used, Bill of Materials, and prior knowledge had to be documented for anyone to create any prototype documented. For every 13 prototypes, there had to be a detailed step procedure which included pictures for guidance. At the end of every design there was justification to understand the improvement needed for the next prototype. Once there was a final design made, the prototype then moved onto the next Element for testing.
