Our Problem Statement: Illinois State Climatologist shows from 2015-2022 temperatures are rising 1 to 2 degrees more overnight than in the daytime in Illinois[4]. 80% of people in Illinois, “ranging from 14 - 35”, are having trouble sleeping in weather between 75℉- 88℉, due to the increase of body temperature disrupting REM sleep[6].
